Vikings +2.5 @ home vs. Packers The Vikings are opening up their brand new US bank stadium against who better, they’re in division rivals the Green Bay Packers. This place will be rockin to say the least. Hill and Bradford are essentially the same odds in Vegas, but the Vikings are 8-2 ATS vs. winnings teams in their last 10 games. In division home underdogs are very tough victories in the NFL, look for Minnesota to edge this one out by 1-3 points. Almost 80% of the tickets are being bet on the Packers this week. Three words. FADE THE PUBLIC.
Bears -2.5 @ home vs. Eagles The Bears and Cutler looked like the same old crap, same old $%#* last week. Everyone is starting to sell them both right now. Not so fast. The Eagles are coming in with a win over the laughing stock of the league Browns, but I think this is a good spot for the Bears to take down the Eagles. Remember, Philadelphia’s closing Vegas wins total was just 6.5, and Eagles have their first year head coach Doug Pedersons first road game test. Take Chicago here.
Titans +7 @ Lions The Lions ran all over the horrible Colts defense, making their offense look elite in week 1. This is going to be a lot more difficult against a good Titans Defense. Take the 7 points here. The Titans also won last weeks game despite a league worst in week 1, minus 3 turnover differential. They gave away 1 interception and also had 2 fumbles, and didn’t get any takeaways.
Chiefs+2.5 @ Texans Chiefs are headed to Texas to battle for a 2-0 record to the winner. Texans played a pretty dismal Bears defense, but they will have to play up if they are going to take down Kansas city, with a consistent pass and run attack including Travis Kelce this week.
Cardinals -7 @ home vs. Bucs The Cardinals took a big loss in front of the entire country on Sunday night football in week one vs. a very well prepared Patriots team, but look for them to bounce back big time here. Yes the Bucs looked fantastic in their week one victory, but it was vs. a declining Falcons squad. This Cardinals team is a playoff ready team with an elite coach and is solid all around. Swallow the 7 points.
